Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Additional delivery attempts may incur a fee.
Returns & Issues
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details, and we’ll make it right.
