Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Once processed, your order will be packed in insulated packaging with ice packs to ensure freshness and quality during transit.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery method, distance, and order weight/size.

Your meats are packed using insulated boxes and quality cooling materials to maintain safe temperatures throughout transit. We stand behind the freshness of every order — if there’s an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately.

Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a notification with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Additional delivery attempts may incur a fee.

Returns & Issues
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details, and we’ll make it right.
